All Maia Rhi pieces are made to order and are considered final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@maiarhi.com within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate repair, replacement, or refund.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights available to you under applicable consumer-protection laws.
